Just not my type of environment! Food is always skepticism to me. Yes I’m very skeptical about ordering from them. I ordered the 6 piece fish and fries meal. It was $12 to be exact. Could you believe these people served me, half pieces of fries & fish that was almost overcooked! I’m not going there anymore. Now I understand why this restaurant is always empty..Save your money!!!!

How can you not love Arby’s? It’s the best fast food anywhere. I regularly try their new offerings but always get my old standard, the Super Roast Beef Sandwich. It’s not even on the menu so you have to ask for it. You won’t regret it. The buffalo chicken sandwich is awesome and the Ruben is great!

I don’t mind paying the price for good, quality food that is cooked, presented and tastes well. But to give me a ‘Ruben Sandwich’ that didn’t have any, sauerkraut barely any meat or cheese on it, and I the customer had to add my own lunch meat and cheese to it when I got home (at the price I was charged) is highway robbery!! If You could have seen the smoke coming from my ears!! Those Sandwiches should be presented as shown like the sandwiches advertised on YOUR COMMERCIALS. What happened? They used to great!! The price went up and the quality of the Sandwiches’ went down. Shame on your Manager for allowing a product to go out like that. Every item should be inspected before it goes out. This is not the first time this is the second time. Let’s get it together ARBY’S. We in WAYCROSS want the BEST restaurants in town!!!

Mixed reviews on this visit. The good part…. sweet tea was good, Mozzarella sticks were hot & fresh, French Dip sandwich was good. The bad part…… fries were burnt, sauce containers were empty, waited at least 5 minutes for staff behind the counter to get sauce packets. The walls are crumbling inside. I much rather visit the Jesup, GA location than the Waycross location.

Husband received raw chicken….. Update (9/16/2022)we tried it again today and waited and waited at the order drive thru for forever and no one took our order. There was no one there but me and the car behind me. That’s the last straw with this place. I should of just reported the raw chicken when it happened the first time

Terrible experience! They did not have any roast beef prepared. They do not offer military discount. If you pay with cash, you must have exact change because they do not have any change. No paper, so no receipts either. Very unprofessional and poorly managed.
