The gentleman in the driv thru is A1! The customer service was so amazing we were almost baffled. Appreciate it, they informed us that they were unable to fulfill one of request upon ordering ahead, which no where usually does this plus offered a solution to correct the fix.

My friend got sick from the roast beef. Curly fries were cold. We waited 20 minutes on out order there wasn’t hardly anyone in there. We got 1 roast beef curly fries and 2 zero cokes took that long.

Food was disgusting. One sandwich didn’t have cheese. Chicken tenders hard. Roast beef and cheddar bun was hard and all the food was cold. Soda machine was carbonated water. I will stick with Perry or the one by the pilot. Never again will I patronize this establishment again.

I usually go to this Arby’s and always enjoy it’s friendly service and fresh food food, but today that was not the case. The mozzarella sticks tasted funny, maybe old, not fresh and had a weird taste to them. I could not eat even them. Then, my chicken sandwich was dark brown and not crispy at all. The breading was soft like it had been warmed up in the microwave for several minutes.

I was craving a French dip and we made our way to the Arby’s on Watson. This building is old and tired. The building itself could use some love. The staff were super friendly and very kind. The food was hot and fresh. Other than the condition of the building and the dining area needed cleaning, all else was good.

Location is never busy for dining in. When we arrived, it took us about 10 minutes standing at the counter to be acknowledged. Our order for was accurate. Fries were hot, but they were old and refried to be brought to temp. No salt, so had to get some from the front counter. Cup of cheese had skin ontop, so it had been made a long time ago and had been sitting waiting to be ordered. The staff was nice. They were understaffed when it came to the drive thru picking up with orders and were focused on getting those orders out and not acknowledging in person customers at the counter. One employee was wearing a drive thru headset on her head but was somehow using it for Bluetooth on her personal phone, as the conversation she was having was clearly a personal call. A different employee was taking drive thru orders. Another employee was around back assembling food. They would benefit from additional help.

Customer service was excellent, but the food was qestionable. The barbecue beef had too much fat and the jalapeños poppers were cooked in some distasteful oil. Ugh!
