Service was good but food was not warm. Curly fries were bla…. Roast beef sandwich was cold. Arby’s sauce in self serve was soured did not find out until I was back onto the interstate. Was able to salvage part of sandwich. This store location needs to be check for quality issues.

We were extremely pleased with team member Elijah!! He was extremely helpful with questions I had about the Pecan Salad ( I have extreme allergies to onions and made sure to check the ingredients). We ate in and while we were eating Elijah was tidying up the lobby and dining room. The care he took was as if it were his own place at home! A really pleasant experience! Although I didn’t get his name I personally spoke to the Manager to compliment Elijah!!

We ordered 2 number ones, half pound beef n cheddar one with curly fries and the other with crinkle cut fries. The wait did seem a bit long but i dont mind waiting for good food, this WAS NOT GOOD FOOD. The meat on both sandwiches was tiny chopped up pieces with barely any cheese at all. Both orders of fries were too crunchy to eat, like they had been way overcooked. We live outside of Dublin and as soon as Iwe got home and seen the food I put into calling Arby’s on 441, no answer. This is ridiculous. I work hard for my money and from now on I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Oh and I do have video but it won’t let me upload it

The gentleman named Travis was very kind and took our order. Beyond that the restaurant was an absolute disaster. The bathrooms were disgusting with almost zero space to move around, and some weird barnacle looking stuff growing all over the faucets. The tables were dirty and looked to have dried crust stuck to them. There seemed to be one trashcan in the whole joint and it was next to the bathrooms, nowhere near the tables.

Food and service was good. The bathrooms were designed terribly. You basically have to sand back to back at the urinal and sink, pretty uncomfortable. The changing station also was also in the way of the entrance door, so if you were changing you baby and someone came in, they basically ran right into you.
