My wife and I went through the drive thru that ! The young man was very friendly. He pull us up and told us that he was going to make everything fresh for us . Spent around $20. This visit was in Grovetown and not one on Washington Rd. It been remodel. Wait til it’s finish then go.

Hello, I stopped here while traveling & I must say the customer service was top tier & the atmosphere was so clean; the bathrooms as well as the restaurant in whole. I’ve only been to this specific arbys once, but as expected they delivered delicious food! Love the beef and cheddar meal, and will likely order that alone forever from here! It could never be beat and remains my favorite selection from their menu ever since I was a kid! Will return! <3

Went in to order this morning and saw about 20 sandwiches in the warmer. I asked what those Sandwiches were for. The man behind the counter stated they were to be sold. What happened to made fresh? With the cost of fast food going up and a meal averaging 30-50% more, is it too much to ask for the food to be freshly made? When will these businesses understand that I do not need to spend my money there? I left Arby’s but the man did offer to make my food fresh if I preferred. Some things go without saying. Feel bad for the many that will visit today and get that level of service for the good money they pay.

I don’t always go to Arby’s, but when I do… I hope the service is how it was today! Today, I received immaculate service at the drive-thru window. The gentleman who took my order was an absolute pleasure. The food was delivered fast and hot! Excellent job!

Stopped by to get some lunch today, whoever was working the window is rude as hell. She was snappy and told me that she already had the order behind us ready before I even got to make my payment and that I needed to pull forward. I ordered first, therefore I should have been taking care of before they were. The woman who brought my food out was very kind but if this is the management that they have, I will not be going back. I also heard that several people have quit in the last few weeks because of the same woman working the window. I was not very happy with my experience.

Do not go They have skimped on the meat and drinks but are still charging the same. Our food was cold and tasted like it has sitting under a lamp since lunch we order after 5pm. The lemonade has changed sizes the regular is no a small but the cost is still the same and the large is a medium but cost the same as the original large. They are ripping people off to make a buck.

Just ordered the new spicy chicken sandwich and it was the perfect level of spicy, I’d probably eat it again. My only problem was the lack of customer service at the drive through window, she clearly would get fired from chick -fil-a because it definitely wasn’t her pleasure. If your life sucks don’t take it out on others. I’ll dine in and order next time.

The new pecan chicken salad…. I asked for it in wrap form. It is disappointing. The chicken is so processed its near tofu consistency, flavorless. The flavor in the wrap was from the grapes and pecans.
