Used the drive thru during lunch. Short wait to order. Friendly and efficient staff. My order was hot and fresh, loved the soft brioche bun on my chicken sandwich. Food tasted great, only gripe was no napkins in the bag, but not the end of the world.

Lady didn’t call my name and our food was cold. No condiments out – had to ask for everything and wasn’t given enough. Girl who took our order was friendly. $20 for 1 drink, 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. The fast food restaurants in Chatsworth are really the bottom of the barrel.

The new hamburger was nothing I’ll buy again. Wasn’t special and high priced. The roast beef is over cooked to the point of tasteless and tough. I have gotten good beef but the last 2 times it was over cooked leather tough. I’ll try again but it’s expensive to get tasteless tough sandwiches.

Had to go back through drive thru to get my drink. Checked my bag and had to go inside to get one of my fries that came with one of the meals I ordered. Once inside my receipt was just a ticket but had my order number on it. They didn’t act like they wanted to give me my fries. Got my fries. Food cold after all this.
