I just couldn’t bring myself to eat it. The fries were burnt. It looks like they gave me the burnt pieces they throw in the trash or should throw in the trash. This was sssooo disrespectful to the customer. You shouldn’t serve someone something you wouldn’t eat. I probably could say they were busy but it wasn’t. I’m just hoping people stop going here so they can get shut down. I have pics but didn’t see how to post them.

Had two beef and cheese sauce, sliders with curly fries and Arby sauce. Really quick fast service. Food was hot and made just the way I ordered it. Alicia Brodie was my server, Great customer service!

The staff was very friendly. A manager went around to all the tables and checked on everyone. Our food was hot and fresh and our order was correct. All the tables, drink station, and the restroom were clean and well stocked. I would definitely stop here again.

I came here 3xs already to pick up my nephew after school lunch and everytime. His food was cold and his nuggets is always hard like they double fried. I won’t be stopping there anymore. I gave them 3 chances and still quality wasn’t like the rest.

Got there 10 minutes before closing and their “system went down.” I’m a GM for a restaurant, previously was GM for 2 fast food restaurants, what that means is that they didn’t want to take any more orders. There was a car that pulled in 30 seconds before I got there and they ordered just fine.

I know the industry has been hit hard by the lack of quality employees that apply and retain. Tonight was a trying day and was feeling defeated. Decided what the hell the 2 for $7 Beef and Cheddars looked good. I was greeted immediately by the shift manager named Sean with a smile nonetheless. He must of sensed my day wasn’t well and threw in a small fry for me. That little gesture turned my day around. Thank you for that Sean! I’d hire you for my business any day! Great job! Oh and to the crew as well.

Curly fries were overcooked and gross – the main thing we went there for. They gave my kids some free drinks and free applesauce though, so that was nice.

This Restaurant has went from good to bad everytime I go there I ask for some hot fries and they said we will get you some hot fries. Why when I’m leaving the restaurant there fries are colder than the ice in my drink and there chicken sandwich I order is even colder. I don’t recommend this Arby’s because they don’t care!!!

Ordered a double beef and cheddar. I don’t think I have seen this much meat on a triple. Also. Bun is a little hard… Ok so had to edit this. Bun was actually so hard I have to pull all the meat off the bun and replace it with my own. Disappointed. Probably won’t go back to this location as there is usually long waits and something always wrong.
