This location is very nice and clean. The service is great. Food was fresh and correct. Hard to ask for more than that! Lol. Brought my grandson with me, he had the french dip and swiss… well for a real short time, he scoffed it down like he was starving. Must have been really good. I had the smokehouse brisket meal with the crinkle fries. The smokehouse brisket was excellent. The fries were good but not the best. Overall a great meal. Would definitely come back to this location!!!

I recently started going to Arby’s because the shakes are everything… A few friends told me to try mozzarella sticks (okay), chicken sandwich (okay), wagyu burger (okay) and curly fries (love). The shakes and best customer service are the reason I go and I will be back to try the fish. I can honestly say, the location I go to has Chick Filet beat with customer service

Back in October 2022, I purchased a coupon sheet from an East Paulding High School student to support their sports’ team. This Arby’s, location had a coupon for a free roast beef sandwich. The coupons do not expire until July 31, 2023. My husband and I went there on July 18, 2023 and tried to use the coupon. We were told that we can’t use it because it is not in their system and they have to account for the beef and they don’t know why people are bringing those coupons in there. We did order food there, but we can assure you that we we not set foot or purchase another thing from this Arbys again. Don’t tell East Paulding sports department to include coupons for you and then refuse to honor them.

It was dirty in there. The kids to cups were still in shipment bag. Condiments area was a mess. Table was dirty so we moved to another. Then that next table was dirty. Floor was wet- like puddles wet, and there was just a wet floor sign – nobody mopped it up. Ick…

Update on the update. After 2 months we received a 20 gift card. No refund. UPDATE** Not only has the issue not been resolved, but the link below isn’t valid. Calling gets me yes so sorry, but nothing. My refund is still nowhere to be seen 3 weeks later!! The owner should put his name and a contact number or something here. The 21.00 I’m out is half a tank of gas or groceries for 3 meals. Guess it means more to rip people off at Arby’s than making it right. I love Arby’s but will never visit this location again.

I went to arby’s today and the manager was very good . She command control of the flow of food reminding staff not to was but was kind also. The store is very clean. You can tell the manager care about what she is doing. Great job!
