I was there with my husband. I checked the menu online before to be prepared. I asked for the gyro meal that the old lady had difficulty to understand what I was saying. I repeated several times. Then she asked an other lady that she understood right away and they said that was not on their menu. Then I orders whatever they had and we set down. Someone bought both of the meals in one plate and just threw it there and left. One of us had to put its meal on the table. The potatoes were burned and the sandwiches for pigs. No utensils on the serving counter, I had to go on the front and ask someone to bring me some from the rear. They treat you like a pig and it is like they are doing a favor to you to give you food that they charge you so high for it. I will never visit any Arby’s again in my life.

I ordered the rib eye steak meal and what I received was mostly inedible. The meat was mostly gristle and the bits that weren’t were the texture of hard plastic which could not be chewed. The curly fries box was half empty, the fries were burnt and cold. I had to throw my meal out and get lunch elsewhere. Avoid this location if you can.

The past several times we have been here the meat has been hard, thick, looks like it has sat out all day, & completely inedible! Curly fries have been as hard as concrete! When we visit we get multiple items/meals. All have been disgusting. Unless they make a change they have lost our business. Sucks because we really enjoy Arby’s. On another note the mozzarella sticks were good. We usually do not have a problem with them or the jalapeño poppers.

Just moving to this area b r b stays open pretty late considering that the other restaurants close so I figured I would give it a try an hour before closing time I decided to go service was horrible do to the cook yelling in the back “IF THEY WANTED TACO BELL THEN GO THERE”
