Me and my family were passing through and stopped in about lunch time to dine in. The food was good. I would like to complain on how poorly the assist manager Debbie was treating the customers by yelling and even yelling at her employees. That doesn’t show good leadership skills to me. She was yelling at her employee that seemed new she didn’t have no name tag right in front of everyone. But later on she came out and told us her name was hazel and came to personally apologize which me and my husband greatly appreciated you don’t see that very often. She seems like a great employee to keep and was very kind to us and even checked on other customers as well which was amazing. so for the assist manager to yell like she did and didn’t even apologize and a new employee did shame on the manager that makes your company look awful.praise the new lady hazel. She deserves a raise!

We came thru drivethru around 945pm and was greeted by a friendly man over the speaker. He politely answered our questions about the menu and even greeted us with a smile and a wave at the window. We waited a little bit for our fries, but we were glad to wait for fresh food. Refreshing to come across someone with a good attitude!

Went to the drive thru to order a simple order and they told me to wait on the side for almost ten minutes while everyone else’s got their food before me. They never brought my food out and forgot about me. I just pulled off and disputed the charge to my bank.

Cashier was very unenthusiastic, didn’t say thank you or even really two words to me outside of giving me my total. Was given a half full container of burnt crinkle fries with my combo, which totaled 13+ dollars.. Spend your money somewhere else, this location doesn’t seem to care very much.

The food was Awsome took a while to get it but the assistant manager Debbie was extremely rude she was yelling at customers yelling at her own staff one was hazel she seemed new because she didn’t have a name tag so I had to ask her she seemed very upset but kept it together very well apologized to me and a bunch of other customers she was truly amazing if it wasn’t for her I would have walked out and shamed that place on all social media platforms but she saved y’all so be greatful for her and how Awsome she is with customers and her speed in a very good with poor management hostile environment so thank you hazel.
