This Arby’s always has great food and service. Even the drive-thru runs efficiently. The only downside I would say is that the dine-in part of this location is run down and older. The dated design wouldn’t be so bad if the bench seating and tables were kept up. Everything is clean and comfortable, just dated.

I’ve never gotten fries from arbies that were so old and nasty. They weren’t even lukewarm and were hard as a rock. If they can’t manage an order as simple as fries, I’d hate to try their sandwiches. They’re gonna give people food poisoning serving food that’s been sitting out that long.

I was in the area and hungry. So, I ordered 2 Reuben Sandwichs. The service was friendly and my Sandwich was fresh and hot. Definitely not the best Reuben but well worth the price.

Thanks for the ice cold food, guys. And the small fry that came with my meal had exactly FOUR cold, nearly brown fries in it. You also forgot the sauces I specifically requested. Stellar! GH offers me four dollars, then 5 for my 12 dollar inedible meals x 2. Good grief. If I wasn’t suffering from a messed up knee, i would never order out because this is becoming routine. Nobody cares about anything anymore, yet still complain that they don’t get paid enough. And nope, I’m not a boomer.

Drive through was a little slow (it was dinnertime rush hour), but the operator was nice and personable. Portions of roast beef were larger than I remembered. Good experience overall.

Ordered at drive thru…..asked for the Wagyu Burger combo…I asked for no bacon and crinkle fries. I got bacon and curly fries. Food was cold as well! Very dissatisfied for spending $12 for a combo.
