Very clean and orderly! Friendly staff, too! This truly has to be one of the cleanest fast food restaurants in town! I never see food or trash anywhere. It’s spotless! With Raising Cane’s next door, I worry that folks will overlook it. I hope not!

Our sandwiches were fresh and good, but the fries were cold and burnt. I assumed instead of throwing them out, they re-cooked them and then let them set out. Had they been fresh, it would have Bern 5 stars.

Waited for 35 to 40 mins for our food, only to receive cold and old food. Fries, chicken, and sandwiches were all stone cold. To the credit of the manager, the money was refunded (only reason for the 2nd star), but overall very poor experience.

This location used to be one of the best, now it’s just a gathering of rude employees. I have waited at the counter for over 5 minutes many times, then they mosey on over as if it was an inconvenience. Bored and rude faces, sloppy food, very slow service, and arrogance runs rampant here. Save your time and money and eat elsewhere, this arbys has made that abundantly clear.

Shift manager Peyton refused military discount and when asked when did they stop, just shrugged like she didn’t care and said she didn’t know, I come here at least once a week and Kevin never gives us trouble, I will not be returning.

Make to sure to check your sandwich and fries. Ordered a medium fry got less than what you get on a small fry. Sandwich was missing half of what goes on it.
