Ran through the drive thru on a Wednesday around 6:30 pm, no line no waiting. Order was accurate and medium roast beef was more than enough. Crinkle fries were ok. The lemonade was delicious but a little on the sweet side. Service was good, everything as expected.

Very friendly and kind staff. The service was prompt and the order was accurate. Inside the restaurant was very clean and orderly and there wasn’t a line or a wait. It was decorative and festive for the season. The restroom was clean and stocked.

There are only TWO people working in this Arby’s. They are both FANTASTIC. BUT THERE ARE ONLY TWO OF THEM DURING YOUR DINNER RUSH. Our dinner was great, but my heart hurts for these two people. The stress they must be under is alarming. Shame on whomever franchises this location. DO BETTER. Give them a raise, too because they’re very much so worth it.

Very disappointed!! Went there specifically for the chicken pecan salad and for the second time, they were out. Then they said it’s not being sold anymore, yet signage was everywhere. I got the 1/2lb. roast beef combo and the roll was wrong and the fries were old & cold. The jalapeno bites were great, but had to go back and get bronco berry sauce. BAD, BAD, BAD EXPERIENCE!!

I ordered the half pound beef and cheddar with crinkle fries to go. I was told the fries were cooking. My beef and cheddar was in the bag 5 minutes before they realized that fries were not cooking. After they finished cooking, they sat in the basket because the girl was on her phone. After a total of 15 minutes I got my food. By that time the sandwich was cold, and when I opened it, there was MAYBE a half teaspoon of congealed cheddar on the half pound of meat. I normally have good meals here, but this was terrible.

It is one of the cleanest stores I have been to in a while. The food was great, as always. To top it all off, Amber does a fine job assisting the other staff and making her customers feel welcome. Highly recommend a visit.

I’ll give this Arby’s only 2 stars because the food was hot, Arby’s pulled a fast one. I paid over 3 dollars for a large drink, but instead, I got the new large cup, which was the size of a medium, which actually had the volume of a small drink. So keep your money and go to McDonald’s and get your money’s worth.
