Location always seems clean, and staff is always friendly. This location doesn’t seem to stay very busy, so there isn’t much of a wait. The food is Arby’s food. It normally comes out hot and tastes how you expect Arby’s to taste.

I just waited 35 minutes for 2 classic cheddar, 2 curly fries, and 1 mozzarella stick. 3 other people were served before I got my food. And it was all cold and missing 1 fry. This was after waiting 35 min, and the cashier going over my receipt and order before handing it to me. Won’t be coming back.

The employee I dealt with was very nice but the food was terrible honestly. I am one of those people who order the same thing most of the time. I ordered the Brisket sandwich combo and it was so bad. What should have been meat was nothing but fat and and hard pieces of grissle. I also requested no fried onions but they were on there,burnt. Fries had to have been left in the grease or under the warmer to long. There was nothing soft about my fries,it’s like the inside of the crinkle fry had been cooked out of it. There was nothing edible about my food. I had to throw it away and make a sandwich at home. Very disappointed.

Stop with a simple order boneless wings and fries get home all the way to Georgia and their was no fries call the manger told me come back with a receipt for a small fry my solution is the order taker is supposed to check the order they are so worried about how fast they can get order out to the customers outside inside take out don’t matter a waste of money I will not come back to your store again thank you for nothing have a great day

We’ve been eating from this Arby’s for over a year or so now, but today is the last day we do so. After multiple instances of being asked to pull up after paying, waiting 10+ minutes, subpar customer service both indoors and at the drive-thru, having to return inside after seeing the order was incorrectly prepared, and lackluster effort put into the food itself, I can say that this Arby’s is not worth your time. If you absolutely need food from Arby’s, find a different one.

The food was cold. The only person working was our cashier. He was running drive thru, front counter, bagging his orders and cleaning the lobby. The other three was in the kitchen talking and laughing. We used to visit weekly but might find us another place for Saturday lunch.

I ordered the half pound beef and cheddar meal with no red ranch and a six piece nuggets in the drive-thru. Got home, and I received a regular beef and cheddar with red ranch sauce on it. The fries were cold and soggy, plus the nuggets were cold. On a positive note, my drink has ice in it. Poor experience, especially considering it wasn’t busy at all.
