Like so many other fast food places arbys is now charging you more but giving you less. Mediocre service, large fries that look more like small fries and they don’t mind overcharging you.. when you complain about the mistakes they make they look at you like you have no right to get upset. I love their food when it’s made right and it’s actually hot. This is the reason why my husband and I don’t go to places like this anymore

The fries we got were cold and tasted like yesterdays freezer burnt fries. I ordered a double beef a cheddar. What they gave me barley had any meat and no cheese. It all tasted horrible. Will never ever go back to this location again.

Hard to rate the food when I couldn’t get someone to take my order at 1:40 in the afternoon on a Tuesday. As I walked in I passed 2 employees headed to a booth to talk. No one else in the dining room. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes then a cook and the drive thru person walked by and looked at me and continued to ignore me. I continued to wait at the counter with no service. The employees in the booth looked at me as I walked out even more hungry than when I arrived but they didn’t bother to offer any help or speak to me at all. This place is a complete joke!!

Not sure what’s going on at this location? The drive thru is not even moving and I have sat here 15 minutes, just check the cameras. Two cars in front, 3 cars behind. Several people pulled out of line already. I would eat here more but this line is not even moving and Noone even at the actual window. Arby’s is good but terribly staffed, I guess I’ll settle on Burger king.

I love Arby’s. But, when you walk in to order a Roast Beef at 12 noon and they tell you it won’t be ready for another 30 minutes. There was NO crowd. What’s the problem?

I’m not sure what has happened at this location in the past year. Several times we order the double roast beef and cheese, and there’s barely any meat, and maybe a tiny bit of cheese. The rueben is made so horrible they should just take it off the menu. Once again, maybe 2-3 slices of meat, barely any sauce, not toasted or cut. I think this location needs training from the Walhalla location.

The dining room is a hit or miss thanks to the staff that works there. Today it was all locked up. You always have to wait. The food is always midiocre at best. The tea is not sweet and when they argue the fact that the sweet tea is sweet but they forget the sugar…you get a Dr. Pepper right? Yeah all carbonation no syrup! Visited June 10th 2023. Worst time yet….
