I’m in town for the Huk Central Disc Golf Tournament, and after a long day I chose Arby’s for dinner. I got to pay $13!! For a large French Dip combo… This is the worst thinly sliced roast beef I have ever had from an Arby’s, for this to be the most expensive sandwich on your menu, you’d think it would be made properly. Management, please instruct your employees to adjust the slicer per the manual.

So I hated giving 2 stars but I’m extremely upset with Arby’s. You know, the prices have ALWAYS been more expensive but I’ve always paid it bcuz i LOVE Arby’s… but today’s trip has officially broke the bank. The sizes you get when you order have gotten smaller but the prices are still just as high!!! I mean you can’t get this kind of food anywhere but this is ridiculous. A medium drink at Arby’s is now the size of a McDonald’s small. And the same goes for the fries. I just can’t continue to come here after this.

Just came in the drive thru and I asked them if my drink was a large. They said yes even though it was a regular size. Still had me pay it though. Didn’t ask if I wanted sauce either.

The employee that waited on us was super good and super friendly, it made you want to come back and be treated like that again. It was a male with a red shirt on. The food was good also.

went thru drivethru. got to window and was handed my drinks. asked to pull around to front door for food delivery. tasted drink and it was all carbonation, no taste. when food was brought out told the girl who brought it out about the drinks. she then told me that they were out of several drinks. asked what they had and if she would get me two more drinks. started to hand her back the drinks and she stated once drinks/food was handed to customer, she wasn’t allowed to take back. asked her if she could put them in the trash. again, she was not allowed to take food/drinks back. asked her if she wanted me to just sit them in the parking lot. i went thru the drive thru for a reason. raining and i didn’t want to get out of the vehicle. she advised me she was standing in the rain and i could get out of my vehicle and take them to the trash myself. pathetic customer service. i will not be back to that location.

Went to Arby’s about 11:30. No one in line they tell me to pull around. Wait about 7 minutes someone brings my food out and everything it’s cold. Waste of time and money

They seem to always be extremely light staffed. It takes a good minute to get through the drive thru. Once you get to the window, more times than not you’re greeted with really friendly employees. Makes the wait not so bad seeing a smiling face when the wait is over.
