I use to get the buffalo sliders here they were the best then they started wrapping them with paper and it messes them up completely, sauce all over the bun. Put them in the little cups it’s better that way. Last time I went I asked for a large drink and a medium and the guy gives me 2 small drinks and charges 2.59 each for a small. I asked if it was medium and he says yes. If they change drink sizes here I’m getting my drinks elsewhere. That’s way to much for a small drink.

Good food, workers that were there at the time I was clearly didn’t want to be there but I don’t blame them so was not a problem. A smile might have been nice that they appreciate you coming in as much I appreciate them serving me. But each his own.

This restaurant is near the interstate. Easy to get to from I-85. Getting back on I-85 requires following signs out of the back of the property and onto Welpine Road (not difficult- if you follow the signs). Service was quick and efficient. We received our correct order the same time we received our change- quickly! The food was hot and prepared well. I have been to this particular Arby’s before and they are consistent in service and good quality food. This visit was quite pleasant because of a friendly staff member (Alicia) who spoke to us as she was cleaning tables. Not over-bearing, just friendly and engaging. This was a terrific surprise for an interstate-side fast food place.

I wouldn’t give any stars if it would allow me to. The food is always great. The service is terrible. The past 2 times I have went I walk to the counter and have to wait 5 to 10mins to be waited on. The 1st time I observed them clear out their drive thru before me. I spoke to the gm and was advised they are short staffed so I over looked it. Well today I walked in a girl at the front looked me in my face and started talking on her personal phone and walked away from the counter. She didn’t acknowledge me nor say anything. Very poor service. The young man that did see me and immediately come to take my order was exceptionally nice and courteous. He apologized when I told him. Please train customer service to your employees.

My son took me out to lunch here. We both had the gyro combo with large curly fries and drink. Which was an awesome experience the service was the Great and the food was extremely hot and fresh.

Different year, same result. Slow service. I have seen turtles move across the road faster than the service is here. Not sure how they stay in business. I would not recommend this Arby’s to anyone.

Wow… just wow. Spent 22 bucks to have them totally mess up an order. Got four sandwiches and they were literally tossed together like someone hated their life. The bun was stale. The cheese sauce was non existent. They didn’t even take the order properly and messed up my wife’s.
