Went through the drive thru to get a unsweetened tea 2 hours before they close I received the tea it was sweet. So I backed up and requested the unsweetened tea they guy looks at me for a solid 10 seconds and says sense its close to closing we don’t have sweet tea and we just add water to sweetened tea and he can just add more water to null the taste of the sugar!

Food is typical Arby’s. Service leaves a lot to be desired. One of the workers locked the door as we were walking up and signaled to us that we had to go to the drive-thru, when the hours on the door clearly indicated that the inside dining should have been open. Drive through guy was nice.

Had a coupon so I stopped for lunch and got a couple beef and cheddars and a fry. The restaurant is very clean and nice, and the staff was very friendly. The service was SUPER quick. The sandwiches were hot and good, as were the fries.

Do not accept online orders if you are going to lock the lobby due to lack of staff. I get a very short lunch break so must order ahead. If i wait in the drive-thru for 20 minutes because the lobby is closed at lunch time i have no time to eat.

I arrived at 10:24PM and waited for someone to respond at the drive-thru and sat there for 5 minutes. We then pulled around to the window and a lady walking out of the door yelled “We close at 10:00!!” Both Google and their website says that they close at midnight.

There is a African American lady there at the drive thru my apologies her name escapes me at the moment but she has a unique voice VERY PROFESSIONAL and ALWAYS presents an attitude of I want to be at work. She is a jewel. Again my apologies as her name escapes me. She and Derrick gets 5 stars . They worked together this past Tuesday June 6th. I pray she gets recognized because she is AWESOME! Every time I come to the drive thru I pray she’s working because I know I’m going to get good service and my order will be correct because she cares. Also, Derrick is always smiling and offers words of encouragement after asking how are you.

I decided to stop by here after leaving a doctors appointment. I ordered the chicken sandwich, curly fries, and a Dr Pepper. The line was pretty long but I decided to stay because I was hungry and it did move faster than I thought it would. But the food was not great. The fries were soggy and lukewarm, which is surprising for how long the line was. Why weren’t the fries fresh? The Dr Pepper was flat. The chicken sandwich was okay. The customer service was great, but I was just really disappointed in the food and drink because I waited a while of this everyone in front of me did I get fries why I was my fries subpar? I live further away so it wasn’t an option to go back and get my money but I will not stop here again at my next appointment.

The lady was very nice, helpful and fast. We got everything we ordered very quickly and accurately. I ordered for the crew at work, so it was a fairly large order. Dine in restaurants should have service as good as I got here.
