I think it all comes down to customer service. if you got the job then you should at least like other people and try to be respectful.the attitude I got at the window for asking questions was ridiculous. And when you give food out at the drive through, it’s best to double check to ensure you gave your customer everything. I ordered two sets of mozzarella sticks and no marinara sauce. If you cannot learn to put your immature feelings to the side, perhaps it’s best to find another field of work.

The food and service is normally good but the young man was making my food one of his co-workers was asking him a question and he pulled the ear plugs out of his ear and put them back in and continued making my sandwich so I asked the manager to do it and she apologized and she made it herself . I tried the hamburger there and it was raw when I bit into it because they put it in the deep fryer not on a griddle.

I dropped by my local Arbys today. I go there occasionally and I’m usually very satisfied with the service and quality. They dropped the ball today. While the service through the drive through was very good. The chicken sandwich I received was a real let down. I didn’t notice what I had until I took a bite. Then I dawned on me that the piece of chicken was about half the size of the bread. Is this the new normal? It was bad enough that the new price for a small combo was almost $10.

At the Arby’s, located at 8980 University Blvd., North Carleston, SC, today at 1pm., I stopped in to the lobby because I wanted something extra added to my order and the server was courteous, quick and went out of her way to make sure my order was the way I wanted it. I believe her name was Angel or Angie or something close to that. Thank her for making my day…it was refreshing.

Ordered a beef and cheddar along with other items. They even called it back out to me but never rang it up and didn’t get a receipt. Got home and no beef and cheddar. Too far to go back. Guess I’ll have to eat my curly fries with my Arby’s sauce and no beef and cheddar. And these people want 15.00 an hour and can’t get an order right.
