This has to be the worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. I’m at the counter sending this review. The lady in front of me had been waiting over 5 mins for someone to just take her order. Someone took her order and left me standing there. A young lady came to the counter and started putting liner in trays. Never once acknowledged me. After a few mins I asked her if I could place an order. She said “yea”, took my order, then went to the back. After my order was finally ready, the young lady drops my bag off on the counter, and just walked off. Never said a word. The worst customer service I’ve EVER had at an Arby’s. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location

I came in drive thru the minute they opened (literally 10:01 lol) and the lady was so cheerful, polite, and pleasant. The boy with glasses that brought my food out was the same, very polite. But when I opened that bag and seen my gyro wrap… absolutely amazing! The ingredients weren’t all falling out and messy, which is important considering I drive for my job and definitely need to eat on the go! The way to my heart is thru my stomach and yall did yalls thang!

The cheddar and roast beef sandwich was awful the cheese was runny and so messy I could not eat it,yuck..I couldn’t eat it so I ordered a regular roast beef and it wasn’t much better the meat looked old or something I don’t know but they gotta do better
