The chicken wrap was pretty dry, thankfully I checked my bag when I got my food because they forgot a sandwich and my cookies. They gave me the fries that were left right before you toss them out, lukewarm, not crispy, gross. Maybe I should try earlier on in the day, it still, no excuse.

Ordered a turkey ranch and bacon combo which is about $12. When I got home I opened up my sandwich to find 2 slices of butt bread some grainy mustard smeared on one side a 1/2 of slice of cheese 1 slice of bacon and ranch smeared on the other side. When I tried to call them about it no one would answer the phone. I don’t even eat butt bread at home what would make you think someone would pay $12 for that. They are completely slack for this.

The food was okay. The fries was lukewarm. Otherwise the fish sandwich was good. I was surprised at the small cup given for my drink. I believe if you’re paying over $10 for a meal, your drink should be at least a large .

Restaurant is very dirty and manager was very unprofessional. We dined in but they gave our order to someone else. When the employee asked for another Gyro the manager said very loudly – you need to stop giving out the wrong food I am not going to keep making them!

Went in for a quick carryout order. Took 11 minutes to get one wrap and some fries. The amount of meat in the wrap seemed much lighter than usual. At least the fries were not cold. Oh yeah but the box wasn’t full either. Thanks for wasting my time, Arby’s. Don’t go to this location

Order turkey sandwich waited 16 min for it, and the turkey was in on small lump on half of the sandwich. Went in and talked to the manager, which did not seem to think anything was wrong with the sandwich at all and did not try to make it right.

1st time ever eating Arby’s. The food was horrible. I ordered the chicken bacon sandwich meal large with sweet potato fries. #11 on the menu board. The most thinnest chicken i have ever seen with 2 tomatoes and barely lettuce. The bacon was cold. The sandwich so dry, the sweet potatoes were old. The drink was ok. Drive through employee was nice. I eat out once a week and this was a disappointment. I won’t do it again. I see good reviews from others but for me it was not good.
