I placed my order in the drive-through. It took a total of 20 mins from start to finish to receive my order of fish. There were 3 pieces fish. It was just okay, I would not order the fish again. However, I will say I love their fish sandwiches.

I went during the lunch rush and i have to say the employees really impressed me. Great communication with the customers as well as amongst each other. They showed great team work and got through the line asap. After the rush the manager came around making sure everyone had what they needed and even cleared trays for customers that were done and offered refills. Customer service at this level is hard to find anymore and I really appreciated it. When a team works this well together it should be rewarded by the owners. Thanks again for restoring my faith in customer service.

John there is phenomenal! He’s great every time I come. He’s where the stars come in. The last two times though Arby’s food has been off. It doesn’t taste like the quality it used to be. I used to love their chicken. It’s been nasty the last two times I’ve been. It’s always dry and cold now. It used to be fresh literally every visit. It’s disappointing.

Not sure what a picture does to enhance my buying experience. But the hamburger is not what they advertised. The lettuces was shredded and the sauce well made it very soggy the tomato was old or very over ripe. The French dip was and will be the only desired meal for me .I wanted the orange shake and they couldn’t do that either no one was in the line for take outs but yet we had to wait at at least 20 plus minutes while wait for them to figured out who’s meal it was. they seemed confused and unprofessional. Was not pleased with service of meal .

I don’t normally give bad reviews, but I feel like this should be known.. customer service is HUGE in any type of business. If customers give you a great attitude, it’s respectful to give it back. I’ll never return to this location. I could understand if there was a reason for it.. However, there was no reason.

We needed a spot for a fast lunch off of 77. Easy to order and our order was correct. Loved that their deal of the week was buy a combo get a kids meal for $1 (we have two kids). I thought the chicken gyro wrap had a lot of flavor though a little light on the protein. My potato cakes came out nice and crisp. Everyone liked their meals. *Cashier and gentleman handing us our food was NOT wearing a mask. Husband had his so put on as we were not 6 feet apart.

Went there last nite could not believe the actions of the employee there. 1st she asked if it was gonna b eat in or take out cause lobby closes in 4 mins. It was take out. Then she accused me of not paying asking to see receipt, paid over $10 for Roast beef meal. Used Cash App had the proof, then the sandwich was so little I had to order the half pound roast beef sandwich. I asked for my curly fries and my vanilla shake, that B just about threw the shake and then got my curly fries and poured everything in one bag. The young man brought out the half pound sandwich and she turned to him and said “that’s too big” but threw it in bag anyway.

Classic Arby’s time! Sandwich was hot, fries were a little over cooked but overall fast and easy experience. I did hear the employees say “urinary tract infection” from the kitchen, but it didn’t pollute my experience! good Arby’s!
