I usually don’t like to eat in fast food, but my children do 🙂 so we visited this place and I was extremely hungry, so I ordered turkey sandwich. Very impressed. The bread is real good bread, turkey tasted also pretty good.. Fries, chicken…. Etc.. Very good… Service is amazing. Very polite, brought out the food to the table…

Stopped in around 1:15pm for lunch. There were 2 other people at tables. Had to go by 3 booths to find one that looked half way clean. Also, my feet kept sticking to the floor. Considering how slow it was I’m curious why none of the employees didn’t come out and wipe off tables. I’m also curious if there’s a sink in the back since neither of the 2 employees I watched smoking outside went into the restroom to wash their hands. And for this we spent$20 for 2 meals. There’s a reason I usually go to Chick-fil-A and not Arby’s.

Didn’t go in it was the drive thru, asked what sauces we wanted I told her, she then forgot and asked again only for us to be parked and then they forgot the sauces again and gave us spicey sauces we didn’t ask for. The girl had me repeat my order 3 different times as she was talking to co workers I could hear their conversation.

Very friendly, good vibes. Lady at window forgot what our sauces were so okay we told her again no biggy then we had to move forward to wait on food which was fine keeps line moving but the sauces when we got it were all wrong it’s like she didn’t even hear us! Our kids can’t have spicy buffalo and berry sauce really? How hard is it to get the sauces right when she literally asked us twice lol. We’re assuming she had a long day but kids ate there nuggets dry no sauce. So thanks for that lol next time just add ketchup or BBQ you can’t go wrong! Lol

Got a buffalo chicken wrap that was more buffalo sauce than chicken. I know Arby’s is home of the beef but why offer chicken if it’s not actually going to be there. I was on a time crunch,went through drive through and didn’t know it was like that until I got back to my office.

Many times, even when they have only me in the Togo line, the food is rushed or stale. Thrown together, no matter the order. At least the window attendant/ manager is ALWAYS accommodating.

Girl at drive thru mask was dirty so was her gloves!! Sweet potato fries so hard they were not edible!!! She tried to hand me my Shake wit chocolate all over the outside of the cup!!! Mozzarella sticks under cooked the inside smells like pee!!! I would of gave NO stars but my jamocha shake was alright!!!! Gross best thing about this place there was a black man at the window!! Still disgusting 2 years later!!!
