I went to Waynesville Arby’s this evening. My husband wanted to try the new Wagyu burger. Got it home and it’s burned on the outside AND raw on the inside. I don’t normally make a bad review, but this just made us not want to return to Arby’s ever AGAIN!

We were traveling, so we tried to grab a quick bite to eat. The visit to this Arby’s was far from quick! I truly couldn’t believe how long we waited in the drive-through for two items (which didn’t include a fried item that might take longer). The food was just okay…nothing great to talk about.

Food was Delicious and cooked properly. BUT one of my fry containers only had two fries in it. The sandwich had a piece of the bun ripped off the top. They completely forgot my shakes. After I went back, they told me the shake machine was not cold, but you think they would have said something before I had to go back. They did offer me free water to drink while I was waiting on it to cool off.. so we would have had water with our meals, however the tap for the water dispensing sprays all over the place. End up filling it with soda because of that. Once the shades came, they tasted good. Staff wise, they all seem very nice and polite

I literally am angry. Where is the meat on my sandwich? 2 pieces? Cold fries, I also asked for crinkle fries and they gave me curly fries. This place was a waste of my time and money.

Food was hot, fresh made, and accurate on the special order. Service was a little slow, but given that everything tasted fresh and hot, I can’t really complain. Staff is always nice and polite, and they don’t seem to hate their jobs like a lot of the other fast food employees in town, so that’s good.

Drove through to take my food somewhere else. they had the two for seven dollars beef and cheddar sale on at the time. Also had the curly fries and jamocha shake. It was busy when I went the order ahead of me had 5 shakes

Waited for five or six minutes at the drive-in window for my food. I asked for horseradish sauce for my roast beef sandwich and I didn’t get even one packet. I ordered a chicken wrap and when I got home the wrapper was all undone and it was a Buffalo Chicken wrap. Not a happy camper 🙁

I don’t frequent this location often & for good reason. Last time, employees were smoking right outside by the drive thru speaker when they have a huge lot in the back they could go to. Today, I ordered a reuben.As you can see in the picture, it was pitifully made. I kindly said something, and after the 1st person said” mama there may be a problem with this sandwich, you handle it”(super unprofessional)….”mama” came over and immediately gave me the corporate answer instead of fixing the problem. It looked nothing like the picture and she knew it! Then we got to overhear the staff bickering. When you post signs all over about being nice because they are short staffed, it goes both ways. Contacting corporate and won’t be giving this location my business.
