The gentleman behind the counter and working the drive thru was very nice, friendly, and helpful. I ordered a chicken slider. Although, it was very good it only had 1 small piece of a chicken tender. Hubby got the RB ½ pounder meal. Crinkle fries. All was good but this was the first time he had a piece of grizzle in the RB. Place was clean. Yes we will be back.

A typical Arby’s. Standard menu, which has expanded over the years. Like many fast food places, they are short-staffed. The cashier was also cooking and handling drive-through orders. She was efficient but over worked. She made errors on our order.

Went through the drive through. I was missing some items, so I went inside. After waiting for over five minutes at the counter, being ignored by the employees there, I was finally able to get an employee’s attention. I told them what I was missing. The employee accused me of lying – he was sure that I received my items. Then another employee said he took them for a different order. They wouldn’t get replacement items for me. Now we’re up to 10 minutes in the restaurant. I asked for a refund. The shift manager was clueless on how to work the register. Another employee did the refund.

By far, the worst arbys ive ever been too. Been here 3 times and that will be my last. Very slow, very rude, no real greeting, just grumpy, sloppy, uncaring people. To the owner, if you want my opinion, your profitability has to be tanking. This trip, for one sandwich i got 7 arbys sauces. 12 napkins, and 5 horsey sauces. Lol. And close to this every time ive been. Just really, really bad!!!

Washrooms, dining, food-prep area, service counters & beverage areas were very clean and free of spills and paper waste. Staff was very courteous, alert, knowledgeable & efficient. Food was hot, delicious & looked just like the pictures (plentiful). Buns were not flattened, tomatoes were thick…not shaved. Fish was “man-size❤” Reuben was also “man-sized.” This Arby’s is the BEST for fast food!
