It took 4 mins at the menu to get someone to take our order. Then took 8 minutes for our COLD food. There was a half of slice of bacon on my sandwich. This place needs to be shutdown, I’ve lived in this town for 8 years and this place has never been good. I haven’t ate here since before Covid plandemic, figure I would give them another shot. It’s worse than it was then. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

I never leave negative reviews but today was just awful. It was a 30 minute wait for our food, and then when we got it it tasted like the fries had been re-fried 2 or 3 times and the chicken had obviously been microwaved and was rubbery. Not to mention some of our items were missing and we didn’t receive a receipt, so we couldn’t get a refund or the missing items. 5 people were just standing in the restaurant talking instead of working so the wait being that long is ridiculous. I won’t be coming back.

Went late because I had been on the road all day. I didn’t get his name but the dude who helped us needs a raise, had a hat on. Really awesome person really helpful really nice and laid back cool vibe. Super chill for it being close to closing time! Really enjoyed my visit and food was delicious.

Let me start out saying, I don’t like to write negative reviews. This restaurant has been a disappointment time after time. I have gone back in the past thinking, maybe it was a fluke and it would be better the next time. We went there last night a little before 9pm and tried to place an order. We tried to order three different items and were told they were out of that. We settled on two Chicken Ranch Sandwiches and a drink. We brought it home, and to our dismay, our chicken sandwiches had chicken nuggets on them. It’s ridiculous! We won’t go back.

I just sat and waited 30 mins for a regular roast beef sandwich as the only customer in the store. As a lady not in uniform walked behind the counter to grab her kid food straight from the back while I still wait on my paid for food. Most unprofessional fast food place I’ve seen in a long time and that says a lot

Service here is terrible. It took several minutes for us to be acknowledged in the lobby as multiple employees meandered back and forth avoiding eye contact. When I did finally get someone to take my order, it felt like I was really putting her out.

I usually never rate negatively. However, with the fact that we were pulled forward with no one else behind us with no straws to drink and having food missing I have to at least tell someone. Representative didn’t even check to make sure we had everything not needed sauces. We had to go back in to get our missing items and sauces and straws we needed.
