This was a great Arby’s experience. Customer service was phenomenal. I was helped quickly by the manager, who forgot to turn on the machine for my Jamocha shake, so as a consolation, he upgraded the size and apologized for the wait. Other than this, everyone was friendly and cheerful. I walked in to see smiling faces and that just made the entire atmosphere light and happy. I would definitely recommend it!

We went through the drive thru. The food was made fresh on our order. We had a slight wait. You must have coupons unless you want to pay a small fortune. They were kind enough to allow us to use multiple coupons. The chow was good.

Call to Life Media Outreach
Arby’s is one of my favorite fast food restaurants, but when going to the one in Jacksonville, NC it gave me a since of nostalgia. Before all the major fast food renovations over the past decade or so this Arby’s reminded me of fast food restaurants in the 90’s when I was coming up. It just made me think of simpler times and felt more welcoming than these newer remodeled restaurants. This one also had a baby changing station in the men’s room and a button for wheel chair bound person to press to open the door. The staff were very good as well. We will be back when in the area.

She was so sweet and beyond great with my two dogs!! ❤️ Arby’s better NOT let her leave!! Employees like her are extremely rare!! Last night I went here to get a sandwich and me being so concious of cleanliness I watched them prepare my food they did not wear gloves to make my sandwich nor hair nets I watched one man grab his pant leg by his privates such as they were itching or something then another one scratch his face I demanded my money back and left I used to love this place but they are totally in Violation of All Food Service Codes!!

Family was visiting from out of state. We stopped here to eat before having dinner. The cashier was not friendly but everyone else was. I usually stop here to get fresh curly fries for a quick snack on my way shopping etc. The day before the curly fries were so burnt I couldn’t eat them nor could my children. They did replace them the next day and I appreciate that. We usually have a good experience here but lately the Fries are burnt and leave a terrible after taste in your mouth.
