I really like coming here, I don’t eat beef and that’s usually what comes to my mind when I think of Arby’s BUT, I must say I am impressed with the variety of meal options. There are so many good healthy/tasty options here plus, I like the apple turnovers. The staff is super friendly and the restaurant is clean and modern. This my new spot.

Pulled up to drive thru at 10:59 am 7-27-22 was told sorry we are closed. Went today 12:15:pm 3/4/23 ordered a Swiss dip had to pull up and wait brought me bag with no dip. Went in was told they were out. Ask for different sandwich. 30 seconds later hold on she is making some dip. Got dip left. Opened dip not dip just hot grease. Through it away.

I pulled up to the order pad right at 10AM when they opened. Waited 5 minutes for someone to greet me. Nobody did so I crused up to the window and waved at 2 employees standing inside. A young lady who looked like a manager came to the window. I asked if they were open, she bent backs to look at the clock and said oh ya its just now 10, mind you I sat at the order window till 5 past 10. I only wanted 2 of the salted caramel cookies. Aren’t they supposed to be heated for me? She acted like I was inconveniencing her by asking her to open on time.

Hands down the slowest restaurant in Dunn. Always have to wait for food. Staff acts like they do not want to be there. Was told it would be 5 minutes to get our food. 10 minutes later still waiting. 15 minutes finally were leaving.

Ordered through Door Dash and Arby’s in Dunn, NC. They substituted items they didn’t have. Ordered 2 Orange creme shakes and they decided we needed Chocolate and vanilla. Then sent no straws either. Piss poor service! Took 1 hour to get food and had to reheat everything in the microwave because everything was cold. Lost a customer here.

Drive through service was quick, food was great. Only thing I can complain about is that I asked for plenty of horsey sauce and only got 2 packs for 2 people. They gave 8 packs of Arby’s sauce.

This place is a joke.. Orded door dash.. Over half my meal did not show up.. They accepted my order.. Did not message me to let me they were supposedly sold out of roast beef.. So I just didn’t get my food.. The person who finally answered the phone told me that it was the dashers fault.. But if you ask me.. This is piss poor customer service and trying to push it off on someone else.. Shows lack of training.. I will never order from them again.. Or I will never go to them in person..
