Inital service was fast. Wait time for food was about 10 minutes. Both portions of the French Dip and the other sandwich were very good. Did not like the fries as they were a mix of curly and regular. The pump station for sauces was empty. I told staff but no one ever refilled it. The order was to go but instead they made it as dine in. That’s about it.

I ordered the chicken pecan salad sand. 2 waygu burgers fries etc. The burgers were cold. the chicken salad sandwich looked nothing like the add. barely enough chchen salad to cover half the sandwich. cheap and false advertising. give the customer what they pay for… so sad u ruin it for other franchisees.

I hot the number 6 classic chicken with crinkle fries and a large orange dream milkshake. Hands down best milkshake out there. The chicken was good and i now like the crinkle fries better than the curly fries. The taste is definitely different. Overall the customer service is good amd the people there are friendly. This is the one on Walter reed rd.

Hardly any cheese visible on sandwiches, not asked if we wanted sauce, and got home with zero sauce and zero ketchup. The curly fries must have been the last batch because not on was long enough to curl. Got there about 7:30. Very disappointed.
