I’ve never met a more polite happy person at a fast food window. Mrs. Vicki was so sweet ! I was having a bad day and she made it better just by taking my order. I wish there were more people like her in that industry…. U have no idea how far a smile and happy disposition can go . she deserves a raise! Thanks Vicki!!

I guess when you repeat your order just to make sure, they still don’t listen. I literally asked the cashier twice at the speaker if he heard that I wanted extra tzatziki sauce and no onions on my turkey gyro combo, but what I got was barely any sauce and onions on my sandwich. I got to my destination and was highly upset. It’s like ppl do that stuff on purpose. It was a simple request. And these days if you complain you never know what surprises you will find in your food. When you spend your money you at least expect someone there could follow a simple request. Also, the sandwich looked like it was already made so they just gave what they had instead of making my sandwich fresh. It was literally balled up as if it was rolled into the paper too much. 2nd wrong thing from Arby’s in a week.

I hate to be one of those people but if it’s says it’s closes at 11pm online and I get there @9:46 and I see one person getting there food something is wrong .. lack of employees or not I drove 20mins out of my way just for eat here .. NEVER AGAIN.. DISGUSTED & DISAPPOINTED

Very nice cashier again. Even joked with us a little bit. Food was amazing! Even gave us enough Bronco Berry sauce for our jalapeno poppers! The best part was they were open when we went to get food this afternoon! This store has struggled with that this last year just being open so it was really nice to see them open and happy to see us!

Ordered online on July 17th. My credit card was charged. I arrived to pick up my order, and there was a sign on the drive-thru speaker stating that the fryer was not working. The person inside the restaurant said that they did not make my order because the fryer was down. She told me to cancel the order online. This is not possible on Arby’s website.

Ordered online via their website. It allowed me to place an order for pick up at 9:15 pm. Arrived and no one is there. Sign on drive thru says temporary hours closed at 9 pm. Can’t cancel order so now I have to wait next day to see if they will give a refund for an online order I clearly didn’t get. Horrible customer experience. Their own website says they close at 11 pm daily.
