The food is always prepared fresh and is ALWAYS ALWAYS ON POINTTTT, the ladies are always laughing and smiling and social, the drive thru line never takes too long, and they NEVER short change you on sauce and napkins! Favorite Arby’s by far! I have social anxiety but it’s so easy to communicate with the staff and make sure we’re all smiling by the end of the order. They still give a full customer service experience, even at a drive thru window! Never seen that before that’s for absolutely damn sure!

The food was great I was a little disappointed that the employee working at the drive-through was not familiar with the signs on the windows. There were signs for customers that have the Arby’s apps and when I asked a question she told me I would just have to drive around the building and look at the sign again. The food was great but a little disappointed with the service.

I’ve been to this location before with no issues but I feel that they (and the public) should be aware that they are serving burgers that are not completely cooked. Maybe they should stick to roast beef!

The Arby’s employee argued with me, that she couldn’t put Arby’s sauce on one sandwich, plus give me a tiny side that holds all of one tbsp of sauce when I was buying 3 sandwiches! Is it ever okay to say no or argue with customers? What happened to “the customer is always right”? I called and spoke to the manager who apologized and offered to replace my entire meal but I can’t go back! What if they spit on my sandwich because I complained? Good luck with this place!
