I have been here a few times for lunch. The drive-through works flawlessly here. Fast transactions, clean exterior, correct food. Great job to the team here!

I dined in and my food was good. But, as I was waiting for my food the employee getting the fries and mozzarella sticks together was picking them up with his bare hands and serving them to the people in the drive through and tried to with me . Then he’d touch his face/hair and grab more fries and serve them. He also grabbed my mozzarella sticks I ordered with his hands so I decided to get something else. I just thought that was kinda gross

To be honest, if I could give a lower rating I would. If you can go to the Arby’s in nearby Mooresville or Statesville, do so. In the Troutman area, there are several other fast food restaurants in very close proximity, go to those. Aside from this location’s “convenience” re: Troutman, there is nothing to be said for them. Cold food that having been in the food service industry I could tell had been dried under a heat lamp. Rude, curt employees (if you hate your job, look elsewhere, the job market in general is teeming with openings and offers).

I’m sadly disappointed with Arby’s, especially this location, because it used to be my favorite fast food restaurant, but not anymore, I don’t go to this one at all anymore. My complaint is the quality of the food #1 it’s gone downhill. My cheese sticks are melted into a puddle, I’ve received red raw roast beef, and the service use to be Great, I loved when they said “Happy to Help”, now they don’t say hello, ty, ur welcome or anything, it’s disappointing.

Clean but the food was really gross. The cheddar on the beef and cheddar was incredibly watery. The fries weren’t cooked thru either. Sodas at least tasted right. ♀️

Staff were very nice. A bit slow considering there was hardly anyone there but looked like maybe they had some new folks working that day. Food was good. Nice stop off I-77 for lunch on long drive home.

Great food and service didn’t mind pulling of to grab a bite before I got back on the road… Truck’s if you ever want to stop here don’t hesitate.. No they don’t have truck parking but you can pull of the on ramp and walk across before getting back on the highway

1 guy working drive thru and bagging food with no gloves on, handling money and food, there were 3 girls and 2 guys standing behind him just talking, no one helping him out. Looked dirty inside from the drive thru window. Never again. Yuck!
