Have had several issues with this location and I’m done! Several times Closing early, and now no cheddar for a beef and cheddar and give us crinkle fries instead of curly fries??? I have NEVER gotten crinkle fries at Arby’s. Didn’t even know they had them. On top of that they were overcooked and tasted like burnt potato skins. Wife’s Swiss dip was ice cold, Got a single instead of a double beef with no cheddar. Done with this franchise!

this Arby’s is so much better than the one in Rocky Mount, NC. The service is fantastic as is the food. You can tell the people that work here want to make sure you get great friendly service and great food.

I ordered the steak deluxe, I was not happy with the 1st sandwich, it was cold drenched in sauce and lettuce was wilted… the second burger, my daughter and I got home and the meat was pink in the middle. My baby ate half and became sick later that night. What the heck is going on with these gas food restaurants food. That was my 1st and last time spending my $19 !!!

Just left after picking up an online order. The staff were just hanging around talking, that didn’t bother me, it was when they started talking about a Trans woman and using slurs that was the issue. As a Trans man, I respect other people’s opinions, however, I don’t think it is professional to talk about these things in front of customers.

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered through DoorDash, and when opening the sealed bag a roach FLEW OUT on top of more being at the bottom of the bag. Called to ask if we could bring the food back and get a refund because of said roaches and was hung up on, called again and was told it’s no way it’s from them must of came from the same dasher who always delivers my food. While keep in mind the bag was SEALED. Disgusting and disgusting attitude from workers.
