If you are in a rush this is definitely not the fast food place to go. It is ridiculously long. Usually like arbys but this one is horrible. Staff is not friendly/helpful. Takes forever to get your food.

I went to Roanoke Rapids NC location last night around 6:50 pm and my Mac and cheese was cold. They charged me $2.49 each for a cup of water on both of my orders. I had two orders. I can only imagine how much bottled water was if you charge $2.49 for a small cup of water. They didn’t have ketchup or ranch dressing. The manager was looking around saying dang we ain’t got nothing I don’t know why and saying to another employee “we ain’t got no ketchup”. My fries was also not hot as normal. They was not sitting up in the bag and I had to pick up all the fries out the bag. I was surprised at this but I’d never been after 5 before and if I happen to ever go back it won’t be at night that crew seems different from early in the day crew. Because the day crew has always made sure the food is hot when they give it to you! It’s always sitting up in the bag and Mac and cheese is always hot and fresh.

Every time you go to the drive thru, you have to check the bag before you leave. Not just for ketchup and napkins. I ordered the French dip. Got the sandwich, no dip. Incompetent people that don’t care. Go anywhere else to eat.

Very dirty. All the tables had a mess on them and the chairs were dirty as well. All the tables and chairs were haphazard and we had to put them together ourselves to be able to sit. One area had no tables and just a collection of chairs

Worst fast food experience ever. Around 11:30 am I Came for crinkle fries they were sold out, after paying was notified they had no toys for the kids meal, so I asked for something else instead. First they said no then threw a stale cherry turnover in the bag, had no regular tops for cups, forgot the straws waited forever for my food only to find the curly fries were cold, there was particles floating in our drinks, the buns were cold and stale and the best part THE MEAT WAS GREEN & dried out like taken out the trash. I was scared to try the Mac n cheese because they took 10 mins to make it claiming they ran out last night, no telling what was in that. My childhood love for Arby’s is ruined.
