I came out to eat around 2 PM. Order like normal, went to go use the bathroom, urinal had pics that smelled like it had been sitting out of month! Likely they had a clean stale/toilet. I came out food was ready, sat down ate and went to go get a refill. Cashier I guess didn’t know(me either) that strawberry lemonade was not refillable, however it was said bot rude but also not polite, looking at me like it’s my fault. As a Good manager, you should have trained your staff before shift start or in this case maybe after I had walked away. It’s a little embarrassing to stand there being told that it’s not refillable and that I needed to big it again

The restaurant was empty during very much meat on them, and that was a clue. The girl at the counter seemed bored. She leaned on the counter while she took our order. We asked for take out and we were given our food on a tray. The sandwiches did not have very much food on them, and it looked like it was thrown on. I like Arby’s, so I hope they get motivated to improve.

The food is really good ,but the milkshakes and root beer floats and all the sweets are horrible.Another thing is they are super slow. They are nice and get it right it’s just that they are so slow. I like it there though because the prices are fair. I would suggest this Arby’s to you. I have never had a bad experience except for them being slow.

I went through the drive thru asked for fresh hot Crispy Deluxe Fish. I pulled up paid for my food, didn’t get a receipt. Got my order, the bag was warm so I took it thinking it was going to be hot. Drove home, got settled in and ready to eat my fish. It was cold as hell. This is why so many restaurants are closing because people don’t care what they pass through the window once you’re gone that’s it.

Service was great and that’s the only positive I give this restaurant. They were out of curly fries and horsey sauce, and i found out that they hadn’t had horsey sauce in over 3 weeks. Seriously?? Who knows what else they were out of.

The black manager was working and she is rude and not professional at all! Told me she “guess” she can put some Arby’s sauce and bronco berry sauce in the bag!! Told me to pull up and handed the bag and she didn’t say one word! No have a nice day nothing. When she came to the window at first she was pulling up her pants maybe adjusting them I’m not sure but she is rude and don’t need to be working with the public.

Whatever you do, don’t order a classic Beef and Cheddar, even though on the menu it says classic beef and cheddar. 3 times in a row over about a month and I have received a plain roast beef sandwich. Different employees each time, yet none of them seems to understand the word cheddar. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this location again.

This place is literally a 50/50 for food quality. Ordered a classic beef cheddar and the meat was spoiled, it even smelled bad. Terrible, y’all at minimum can check if the meats are bad!
