My daughter and I went to have dinner at this Arby’s restaurant as it is closer to our home. I ordered a Turkey Bacon Wrap meal and she ordered a roast beef sandwich meal. Below you will see pictures of what I was given…the tortilla was so hard that when they cut it the knife did not go all the way through so I had to tear it apart, the tortilla crumbled (2nd pic). I proceeded to unwrap it and just eat the insides, the tortilla was, as I stated earlier extremely hard, standing up like a taco salad bowl. Absolutely ridiculous. On the flip side the internal ingredients were fresh and tasty and the fries were hot and delicious. If I were a restaurant I would be ashamed to serve that to my consumers. From this point forward we will drive across town to the other Arby’s as we have never had any complaints with the food or service.

Terrible food! We stopped for lunch and tried these roast beef and brisket sandwiches. They had a ton of Mayo on them, the cheese wasn’t melted, the fried onions were cold and overcooked and the brisket was undercooked. We were traveling so we were on the road by the time we started eating these disgusting sandwiches. I completed a review from the restaurant receipt, but never heard back from the restaurant. Last time wasting my money here.

Do NOT GO HERE!!! HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE A SANDWICH. I understand leaving off condiments or even some vegetables but the MAIN MEAT!!! Yep thats right there was no turkey on the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich! And when I called about it they said we can remake it but you have to pick it up. I am a traveler for work at a hospital so obviously I had it delivered for a reason otherwise I would have picked it up myself. Worst customer service ever.

Closed every day super early at like 9 you see all the employees sitting in the dining room on their phones with all the outside lights off. At the drive-thru they say they are closed / only taking cash / you have to come in or they don’t answer at all. My third and last time in the past few months I’ll be wasting my time at this place.

They got the order wrong and had to wait quite a bit at the drive thru when there was only one vehicle ahead of us. Won’t go back as they not once have gotten our order right. I think after 5 visits and they can’t get it right is enough with the cost of take out now.
