Stood in line for at least 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged by any staff. And then it was still another 5-10mins before any inside orders were taken. Like I get it, there were only 3 people working, but there were only 3 orders on screen, and one was a Doordash.

For a fast food joint in a small town, this Arby’s was very nice for the familiar taste and the folks were very friendly. Clean and stocked with all the needed accessories.

The staff was friendly, and the location seemed clean and tidy and the bathrooms were also very clean. The chicken nuggets and fries I got were good and hot. The drink machine was broken but the lady at the front gladly refilled my drink. But other than that would recommend for some quick food.

They got our order wrong 2 time now , we called and the manager and worker said they gave us cheese on all the sandwiches but they just gave 7 plane ones on a seed bun . The manger was complaining about having to work having a heart attack so no wonder the workers are messing up . We will never go to the beckley arby’s no more .

Gotta love this fast food restaurant. I truly believe they have the best roast beef to top the beat of restaurants. Exceptional service to make it even more enjoyable. I give them a 9/10.

Customer service was Great.. super friendly! We ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap (slightly spicy as supposed to be) and the Gyro… they were GREAT! Dining room was clean and it wasn’t crowded. Will definitely eat there again!
