“Kids” running the register rarely listen to your order and get it right and their “premium” chicken nuggets are like rubber the 2 times that I’ve had them. I’m a resident of the area, but won’t be spending anymore of my money there. OH…atmosphere??? Truck drivers and non-driving tourists GALORE!

Do not stop here. Chicken slider equals chicken nugget on a bun I should have taken a picture. Place was out of everything. Place is really dirty. I was suprised to see a 3.8 rating here. This place was dirty enough to lose my shoes on the floor…. if you think about that one you will understand. My kids were trying to figure out if the chicken was fish…. this place is horrible…. but hey try it if you want we will not be back. If this was my establishment everybody would get fired…. absolutely no joke.

How hard is it to get the hours of operation correct? Google Maps says you’re open until 1 am on Friday. Pilot App says your open until 11 pm. It’s 1030 pm and it’s locked up tight with no hours of operation posted. So glad I wasted 40 minutes of drive time pulling off the interstate to visit this sad excuse of an eating establishment.

Absolutely horrible service. The staff was too involved in their conversation at the counter with customers to pay attentionDo anything else going around was like a high schoolIs frat party in there. The sauces at the self-serve counter were a mess and empty yet 4 staff members sit at the Counter. And then to no surprise my order was wrong..

So, I went thru tonight and got 2 meals and another sandwich. With one meal I got a sweet tea and the other meal a root beer. After I ordered I asked if my fries could be fresh, she said yes. I get to the window, this girl is so rude. My order was ready within 2 mins so therefore I know the fries weren’t fresh, how would I know? I used to work at Arby’s, I know the times of fries. She gave me the food and said the fries were fresh. I tried them and nope they weren’t. I know the difference between fresh frys and frys that have sat in the warmer. They were warm but soggy. And now that I’m home the drink that was supposed to be root beer is Diet Coke, so either someone put the wrong drink when they changed it, in the wrong place or someone didn’t care and just gave the wrong drink. Im sorry but it really isn’t that hard. Especially when it was not busy.

Food was typical Arby’s, had the fish sticks with fries, and the wife had the chicken sandwich. Food was hot and prepared well. ONLY BAD THING WAS THE CATCHUP DISPENSER WAS BROKEN AND THE HONEY MUSTARD DISPENSER WAS EMPTY. No excuse for this.

Tonight we attempted to order from the drive thru. We were told by an employee that they weren’t accepting drive thru orders due to staffing issues and that we were “more than welcome to come inside to order”. When we walked inside there were 4 employees by the drive thru window talking loudly about their “wOnDeRfUl manager”. None of which were actually working. A list of 6 or seven items that were out of stock and a disgusting dining area. We were so uncomfortable that we turned around and walked out.
