While you have to wait a bit to get your meal inside here, the food is served with a smile and was filled correctly and was delicious! The new sweet heat chicken sandwich was really tasty and messy–a sign of a good sandwich in my opinion.

Slow wait time in the drive thru need to work on gear food when they get it right the past 4 times or so I’ve went they have forgotten one of the items we purchased and I just gave up on calling them as it really didn’t help. But I love them so yea that is why I go back. I just hope they are able to get the orders correct and out a little faster they are some great ppl I think

Went through the drive thru, lobby closed due to being short staff. Still the wait wasn’t too long. Worth it to be able to get a roast beef sandwich. Not the best made one I have received. The chicken is what we wanted to try, but was out of stock. Most of the items people want seem to be. The staff were polite like most visits. They have always been over the years. Also we received the correct condiments to go along with our order. The Curly fries were hot and fresh. Those alone are a great reason to visit. Thanks.

Only 3 people working. Juggling drive thru and inside. We choose inside cause the drive thru was packed. We were first to place our order and had to wait at least 5 minutes or more for them to take our order. Wait about 10 minutes to receive it. The roast beef sandwich was cold and the fries barely warm. The employee taking our order complaining of working 58hours in four days. Once we received our order no ice in machine. No Arby’s sauce in container, Horseradish barely came out and didn’t have a good appearance and no napkins. With only three employees trying to handle the crowd I’m surprised we even received any food. Don’t know what has happened but a sad situation. Everybody is short handed

No fries, no crispy chicken or nuggets due to fryers bring down (this was around noon). Asked if they could replace the fries with Mac n Cheese, and they could not because it wasn’t ready. Ended up with a cold roast beef sandwich. Never again.
