Love Arby’s, but… it seems there’s always a problem with our order when going through the drive thru. The order is incorrect, they are out of an item or don’t have all the ingredients. The staff are always friendly and apologetic when the issues arise. Please remember the person at the counter or drive through window isn’t responsible for not having an item or the restaurant being short staffed. The atmosphere for a fast food restaurant is actually quite nice. It just seems that management is always lacking in just about all restaurants these days. I have asked before and found frequently the “manager” is making a small hourly wage with no benefits so I guess you can’t expect a great deal of interest in the business.

I spent $40 on food. I ordered a #14, #5 and a kids meal. We waited over 15 minutes in drive thru only to get home to see they didn’t even put my chicken on my sandwich. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt but this place has went down hill

The gentleman that took my order was polite. The young man with nose ring was not pleasant. I asked for some sauce packs and he THREW them at my bag. Only a few went in the bag. Most of the soda was flat.

EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Went through the drive thru at 5/11/23 at 7:55pm and orders a sandwich. To which case the worker rudely yelled and I mean yelled a sandwich name at us! Then when we said yes she huffed and said our total. Pulling up to the window the same girl proceeded to throw her attitude around. Waiting for food was fine but when the sandwich arrived the bun was hard as a rock and meat was a very odd color. I understand having a bad day but to people who help the business pay your check you have to control that. Never going back! Don’t deserve my respect or money. Please fix this issue

Ordered almost 30$ in food for the family last night around 8pm. Some beef and cheddars and a kids meal. The beef and cheddars were dry and barely had any sauce or cheese on them at all. And they left out the sauces I requested in the bags. The kids meal drinks and fries were okay tho. This arbys has went down hill in quality. I beleive if you pay almost 8$ for a sandwich they should atleast put a little more effort into making them to satisfy the customers expectations.

This was a normal Arby’s however over the last few months they clearly hired people who are either unable to or unwilling to work. I watched 1 of 4 people hand write a order because they gave the person the wrong meal and then proceed to still deliver the wrong items. Drive through at lunch is so slow most leave. Who ever is managing this workplace should be replaced in hurry as it’s currently not feasible to eat at.
