I will never go to the Franklin VA. Arby’s again for one thing the drive thru doesn’t have a top over the menu board and it was pouring down raining. I was trying not to get wet nobody ask could they help me do I went to the window and the guy that had pink hair was so rude that my wife decided she didn’t want food from there so never again at that Arby’s.

Can you do something about that drive thru. You can’t get out of line if they don’t have what you want. You have to sit there until everyone in front of you get their orders, which is ridiculous.

Food has been good every time I went there, I haven’t had to wait anytime I have been there, but I don’t usually end up there during your peak hours. Everything is pretty good there The atmosphere I would lower just because it feels like a truck stop being connected to the other store.

Very disappointed Never had a issue with my food at this particular location but my last visit was it for me. I live about 45 minutes from them and was excited when I got home only to be disappointed that my food had HAIR and GRASS on it. I think someone dropped my food on the floor or something and gave it back to me because this stuff should have not been in my sandwich

The store had only 1 customer, sitting at a table, when we walked in. Hubby and I both ordered the Prime Rib Cheesesteak. They really seemed to skimp on the meat. We also ordered 1 large Coke, and emphasized very little ice. They gave us a large sweet tea (very little ice) and then a large coke with a ton of ice.

Very friendly and helpful drive-thru staff, were more than happy to separate my order in to 2 individual bags. Even down to which condiments went with what order! This is definitely the best Arby’s I’ve been to and I am a frequent flyer and have been to many different locations, hands down some of the nicest people you could ask for. ❤️ Thanks so much for service with a smile , I hope you all have the best of holidays!
