Arrived at 11am . Ordered the original roast beef sandwich combo with fries, coke and apple tarts. The sandwich, bun hard , meat what little of it was cold ( Company was built on the sandwich) very disappointed. Apple tarts, old and cold Coca-Cola was flat the only bright point to this whole meal which cost $16 was the crinkle fries or hot and delicious.. Arby’s was built on the roast beef sandwich. Now it’s the worst thing on your menu I will not go back.

This location is ridiculous and ALWAYS gets our order wrong or is missing something! Tre was at the drive thru today and we could barely hear him. No napkins or sauce in bag thankfully we asked for those! We ordered 3 sandwiches and they were just roast beefs and 3 turnovers and 1 sandwich was wrong all in same wrappers. He NEVER mentioned we could get 4 roast beefs for $10 so we paid almost $22.

I go to this one every once in awhile I mainly visit the one on Hull Street I ordered a macaroni and cheese kids meal with a juice for my grandson. I also ordered an 8 piece jalapeno bites for myself. I asked them if they could baguette separately because I didn’t want to take the chance of my grandson open in the bag and pulling out a jalapeno b being unaware it’s not so much at their spicy but quite often as soon as they’re cooked they can burn your mouth. I actually feel it was spiteful my jalapeno bites were in my bag I opened up my grandson’s bag to hand him his curly fries and what is in there with his curly fries a jalapeno bite! So that I thought let me count how many are in my bag which I ordered an 8 piece and there were 8 in my bag. So it was not an accident.

Long blond hair in food!! Disgusting! No one, I mean no one has a hair net on! I checked with Chesterfield Health Department and Virginia law, totally not in compliance!!! Long haired employees, hair flying all around! I threw food out, called manager and went back for refund. Just unacceptable and will NEVER eat there again!
