Everything about my order was wrong. We ordered curly fries and got crinkle fries, they missed an order of nuggets so we had to go back, we ordered the baked potato deluxe no chives and it had chives on it but, the kicker was the loaded Mac and cheese coming with hair in it. So wanted to get something to eat tonight. It was around 8:55pm. I first went to the drive thru and there were six cars not moving. So I decided to go inside. There were about four employees just standing around. One turned around and looked at me and continued good conversation. The young lady with the headset on told the others there was a customer and the one that turned and looked at me refused to assist. They were literally going back and forth about taking my order. So I left. Y’all really need to do better with these employees.

A little Slack on the amount of Roast Beef I got on my sandwich. And I asked for a specific number of Arby’s sauce I would like and only got half. Besides that, the food was good and fresh and I was in and out of there quickly with only 2 cars ahead of me, that got through quick.

I am a huge Arby’s Fan !! There’s not too much on the menu I haven’t had from multiple locations between Maryland and Virginia. I have never had a food issue at any of them, including this location. The issue at this location is the drive-thru. I would much rather go inside at this location than to drive thru. I’m not too sure where the disconnect is. I have had to argue over being shorted in my change, I have even had to dispute what “I” ordered. If the store manager happens to see this, please feel free to email me so I can fill in the details.

The manager here pays close attention to detail. As soon as I walked in, I could tell. The place was spotless and the staff was very friendly. The food was hot and fresh. I had the rotisserie chicken, sweet potato and broccoli.
