It has kind of gone downhill over the years. The sandwiches are getting smaller and the prices are going up. Used to be 5 for $1 now it’s over $5 for just for one sandwich. The curly fries are still good. And the milkshake was delicious.

I had not been to a Arby’s in over 10yrs. Very much impressed when I bought $5 Classic fish sandwich / with fries on March 10, 2023. Not only good buy BUT sandwich was very good! Young lady at window was personable & made my evening being so nice. I also got glimpse of kitchen from my car & it looked very clean. Keep on doing what you’re doing. Love it!!

The crispy fish sandwich had a little too much bread for the size of the fish (perhaps because the fish and the bun were not the same shape?) and not quite enough sauce. Customer service was very good though, despite being under-staffed.

No wait, meal was ready before I could pay for it. Staff offered a coupon that saved $5.00 off of my order. Having a phenomenal staff made my trip a happy start to enjoyment. The eating tables were clean and tidy.

I’ve only had one bad experience at Arby’s I called to let the Personnel know and they did not do anything to compensate I rarely go to this Arby’s but when I went through again I spoke with the manager and she took care of the situation you’ve got to love Arby’s

20230725 – Updating my review, also staying away from curly fries, I’ll give Arby’s another review after this one. i can not blame a whole chain for a single location. people are different everywhere and having seen some of the people there outside of there work, I know they have a big heart and love those around them. The sandwiches are still good, i love the the roast beef and cheddar, but the different sizes can be miss-leading. stay way from the largest unless you want your body to rebel against you. its way too much. still good the double is a lot when your starving, careful not to over eat.

If I could give no stars I would. The cashier had dandruff all over her shoulders. My fry’s were soggy and soft. My sandwich was absolutely disgusting. Tea was old and tasted disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend at all!!!
