Time to update the review based on my most recent visit: today. I got the new sweet heat chicken sandwich (I wanted a fish sandwich but I couldn’t find it on the menu) and crinkle fries… the fries are still yummy, maybe a little salty but that’s OK… the sandwich was a mess…I couldn’t even get the bottom bun unstuck from the box and the whole thing tasted stale. You would think these fast food places would have better quality food now that people are paying $12 for one meal…

This location can never make my order right and I don’t know why I keep coming back. I order a turkey bacon ranch wrap with no onions and no lettuce, and boom both of my wraps have onions and lettuce. It’s a good thing im not allergic bevy my first bit was a mouthful of raw onions. So disappointed.

The last couple times I went to this location, I was giving cold fries and cold mozzarella sticks. Today when I ordered mozzarella sticks and checked the food. I ask the cashier if I could please have hot mozzarella sticks… her response was… You’re gonna have to wait for that, like you’re gonna have to go park and wait

Hard working Arby’s staff. Easy to order with quick in and out as best they can. They have a long selection of different kinds of sandwiches but we always end up with their tried and true Roast Beef. Their online ordering is even better. There’s a side door on the Gallows Rd side that makes this option an even faster trip.

I Always go to arbys but on this particular day the workers were pretty rude and ghetto. Received my sandwich raw, went in to tell them and no refund was offered just a new meal. But I had over heard one of the workers in the back say that she noticed the sandwich was raw but didn’t say anything .. and the other coworker just laughed. Like not really sure what was funny about giving a raw sandwich which could make me sick. Lol. And I called corporate but no one ever called me back it’s been like a month now. Oh well. No more arbys from this location lol.

I ordered the chicken salad sañdwich. It was a mayo moistened mixture of chicken chunks,pecans, and grapes spread between two slices of dense,earthy bread very good!

Went through the drive thur and ordered a regular roast beef with mayo. I was told I would have to put the mayo on the sandwich. This makes me feel like the sandwich would not be fresh because it was already made up and sitting. No thank you and I drove away. There maybe a reason I was the only car in line at 6:300 pm and no costumer’s inside.

I have been coming the Arby’s because I love the Strawberry lemonade, purchased one on 4-15-2023 and found they had decreased the size of the cup by at least 12 ounces, but still charging full price, almost $4.00, Outrageous, blame it on inflation if you like, I had my last Strawberry lemonade from Arby’s yesterday.
