Food here is always always a solid win, tasty and fresh. The staff is friendly and fast. The drive thru needs to be fixed so that you don’t have to lean soooo far out of your window to get your food but that’s obviously a bigger fix lol

It’s been several years since I have been to an Arby’s. I happened to see this one in Leesburg and decided to stop in. The roast beef sandwich was as good as I remember, and I was pleasantly surprised to see the orange milkshake on the menu. It was great too.

Manager and employee both were rude and inconsiderate to my hearing impairment at the drive thru speaker. Mocked me and even laughed. Will not be going back. Also food was horrible cold fries and way too much lettuce

Honestly I wasn’t going to post anything until I saw my sandwich. I go here often and it’s finally gotten so bad that I have to say something. The ladies in the drive through on Saturday nights are pretty rude, my opinion. But what really did it was that they laid my fries in the bag sideways so that ehen I pulled it out they all spilt into the bag. I could live with that too but what did it for me was when I opened the sandwich box, the sandwich was upside down and missing the best ingredients on the top, the crunchy onions. To top it off, they put a comical amount of sauce on it… I won’t be going back here Saturday nights. For the record, when the manager is there this place is great.

This Arby’s exceeds at what many other fast food restaurants in the area struggle with. Orders are given quickly with the food being more than satisfying even in comparison to other Arby’s locations itself. Additionally, the store is quite clean.

When I got there I wasn’t exactly sure I wanted. But when I figured it out she was more than accommodating. But then I wanted something that was out of bounds lol I wanted a root beer float. But I didn’t have that option on the menu and I wanted to find a way to make it. She could see I wanted something but did not know how to express it so I just said I wanted three ice creams but I don’t want them in the corner I want them to cup lol she’s like what are you trying to do and I said I wanted to make a root beer float, she just a smiled so brightly and got one of the large cups and filled it with ice cream and said well it’s not on the menu well to each their own lol with a wink! So I took the large cup of ice cream went to the fountain machine which had like every flavor in the world found root beer lol barks specifically the one with the bite lol and made my root beer float. That just did it for me! So I’ll definitely go there again !!!!!
