Cleanest Arby’s I’ve ever been to. The tables were spotless as were the floors, counters and bathroom. The staff were speaking respectfully to each other, manager asking nicely to drop more fries etc. Food was good, hot, fresh and accurate. Not their fault but I miss the healthy chicken salad Arby’s used to have.

I picked up our food and took it home. 15 cars ahead, but it only took 27 minutes. Two large cheese & roast beef sandwiches and two orange cream milk shakes. They tasted great.

I went through the drive through for lunch. very quick service. just not accurate. I asked for cheese and onions on my sandwich, I did not get. I asked for chicken tenders, I did not receive. I had to turn around and go back into the store. They did apologized, and I was ok with that. Until I got back to the store and saw the loaded fries. NOTHING LOADED ABOUT THEM. No ranch sauce at all. a few pieces of chicken and bacon, no cheese. Just dry fries. I could not come back, had to return to work. I would rather the service take a little longer and be correct. then fast sloppy service.

Our drive thru order consisted of over fried curly fries, sour smelling roast beef and a dried up buffalo chicken sandwich. I called and complained to a manager named Sebastian who promptly told me to come the NEXT day for a refund and she would leave a note for the next day manager Andre.

When I placed my order I specifically asked for curly fries. I was given regular fries and I tried to tell the girl but she was too busy talking to her fellow employees. So I just gave up and ate my food.

On 09102022@ 1700 hrs – CLOSED today for INDOOR dining. Staffing issues!? So customers with vehicles that can’t drive up…RV, box truck etc…have to find somewhere else to go
