Negative stars should be an option. 25+ minute wait for trash drive thru food in return. Chicken sliders are smashed/have visible finger prints and wax paper imbedded in your food who knows what else is in the “food”. It’s already close but this location should be shut down.

The food was horrible. I was very surprised. The service was slow but and it seemed the workers were a bit confused at times. They even made a mistake with my order (They messed up other orders too, heard the complaints while I was waiting for mine). The atmosphere was cool though. The place was clean and the self service areas were also well kept. I don’t like to give out low scores but when the experience was this bad, I have to honest.

Went through the drive-thru to get a chicken tender meal. Food was stone cold to the point where it was tough. Shame cause I love arbys and they never missed before. Something needs to change.
