The employees were kind and trying their best but they are clearly understaffed. The condiments area was so sticky. My BF said the men’s restroom was one of the worst he’s ever seen (or smelled!). After waiting for our food 25 minutes we were finally told they’re out of burgers. They refunded us and we left hungry 🙁

Food was wrong n took along time to get the order in drive thru. They were out of alot of things. No onion Tangiers for the brisket . I ask for Xtra gouda cheese. Didn’t get any cheese. Milk shake machine was down and they didn’t have stuffed pepper. After hearing wasn’t available it Linda left us with a bad meal because we like the cheese we didn’t get n did pay for. N we live close but probly won’t come back to this Arby’s. The parking lot was a mess also. Maybe some one to clean.it.up all would nice. N hope to get good food somewhere time. 26.00 n some change is not fast food prices. Thanks

Update: The manager of the restaurant reached out to me less than an hour after I provided feedback and offered to replace my meal. I took her up on the offer today and, while the tenders are still underwhelming, the meal today was far superior to my last. I’m upgrading the review to 3 stars and will only return it to the previous 5 starts after a lengthy period of above par service.

My wife and I went through the drive in the other day. The girls were very nice. But we’re frustrated. I’ve been in retail over 40 years and retired. I’ve seen this before. It’s common when help is short-handed and work seems to be an overload for them . My 40 years in business. I found many ways to get around this . The boss can’t be their friend but must be honest and fair. The workload cannot be put on just a few and others get away with whatever they’re doing? This is where a representative of Arby’s comes into play. Someone who goes into help not criticize but to make changes for the better . That person must be a very skilled person. He must carry authority but he also he or she must be likes because of their work. Values doesn’t hurt to reach out to old retailers like myself. It was a male and many female retail retirees. We’ve seen it all and sometimes not only do they learn but we also have a learning process. How to handle the new workforce in today’s market?

Sad to say this is a terrible fast for restaurant. We ordered our food and waited 20 minutes before we got our order. We were the second ones in line. It’s a shame the service is so awful at this location. It’s about a bad a the Easton Wendy’s around the corner.

This is quite literally the worst Arby’s in the area. The employees are clueless, their service is rude and so slow, they make the food wrong every time, add sauces when you ask for a plain sandwich, forget the DIP sauce on the side of the FRENCH DIP SANDWICH. If I could give negative stars I would. Don’t waste your time here. Fast food shouldn’t take 25 minutes in the drive thru, to then receive an incorrect order.

I stop at this Arby’s when traveling thru. It is at a very busy intersection. It is located at the end of a strip mall. It is not very large. It has an awkward drive-thru. The workers are pleasant. The food is always fresh. Happy hour 2-5pm. $1 sliders and drinks. Can’t beat that deal.
