We have visited this Arby’s many times over the years. I am always impressed with the staff I interact with during our visit. They almost always seem happy and very willing to service and answer questions. The food is hot and served fast. The dining room is clean. I especially enjoy the historic photographs of local people and buildings.

The food was good since I haven’t been to Arby’s in a long time. Had the Greek gyro which was really good. The restaurant was clean. The restrooms are big but only for one person.

We visited arbys in Shrewsbury pa this evening and ordered a few things at the drive thru. Got home and this is what I got (supposed to be the new chicken ranch sandwich. It actually had half a nugget on the sandwich and the cheese is hard. I called to talk to the manager and she started yelling at me and hung up on me. I called back to get her name and they wouldn’t tell me her name but the guy I talked to was named Will. I will be contacting Arbys corporate office. Needless to say I will never go back to this location again. This manager was very very rude .

There food is good here. Like the fish sandwiches but they are only available occasionally.

We ate lunch here today and there were only 3 employees working. Drive through was open and inside was also open. Those 3 employees were busting their buts to serve us as fast as was possible. I have actually been in fast food restaurants with double the employees and had much worse service. So refreshing to see employees working their hardest and doing the best they can.
