Food and service is terrible at this location. Not sure how you can mess up roast beef, but it was tuff as a rubber. Or, how is it possible that every item I ordered is bad – hard as a rock or stale. Don’t waste your money here and stay away.

We are inside for the first time since the remodel. Beautiful! Well done Arby’s! Have some high seats and tables now. Seats are padded Was clean. Used coupons. My husband and I are for less than $9.00 for both of us. Food was delicious. Keep up the good work Arby’s, and keep those coupons coming!!

Quality of this location is very disappointing. I have had good food here in the past, but haven’t been in a while-a year or more probably. After today, I won’t be in a rush to get back either. Roast beef was sort of rubbery and didn’t taste as usual. Fries weren’t great and the large wasn’t even filled to the top. Staff was mediocre – not rude, but not friendly either. Nothing tasted fresh.

Ordered a brisket and curly fries had about four fries in this little child size container and the brisket sandwich was cold and I paid ten dollars and change this will be the last time I will go there don’t waste your money close this place up and get an owner who cares not one who makes excuses

The staff here are nice and fast. The food doesn’t seem to be consistent. One day roast beef is thin sliced and juicy, next time it’s thick and tough. The soda always taste like carbonated water, no flavor. I’ve told them repeatedly about it…but they didn’t seem to worried about it. I wanna love this place, so I still keep trying my luck. Honestly 🙂

Waited almost half an hour inside just for my order to be wrong.. Almost every single table in the dining room is dirty with crumbs and residue from old food, sauce, drinks, etc. I understand the long wait during lunch time, but I was frustrated with everything else.
